The organization designs and implements projects within Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, with a strong focus on young people with fewer opportunities and those from highly vulnerable contexts. Joint coordinates large-scale ESC volunteering projects, youth exchanges, training courses and local initiatives, ensuring that international mobility is not a privilege but a right open to all Activities are carried out in cooperation with youth centres, schools, municipalities and international partners, and include hosting and sending volunteers, awareness campaigns, workshops in schools, and capacity-building for youth workers. The applied methodologies are based on non-formal education, experiential learning and peer-to-peer exchange, with strong attention to mentoring, empowerment and recognition of competences (through Youthpass and the GloRe certification system).A key element is the development of tailored support measures to ensure real accessibility: reinforced mentorship, psychological support, simplified logistics and adapted activities are provided to respond to the specific needs of participants facing social, economic, geographical or health-related barriers.
